Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@earthandethoshome.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
